How long do we have to fight for our rights?

Cops and robbers
I wanted to
Protect and serve
Now the cops are the robbers
The robbers are cops
It’s no longer a game
Police brutality is the center of fame
African Americans are the target
Money is the profit
Black is the punishment
Innocents have no value
What is justice?
What is peace?
You got to be kidding
In these streets
Forgive my negative thoughts
But everything in me
Wants to go
Round for round
Bullet for bullet
Life for life
My flesh is weakened
My spirit is screaming
I’m human
Praying to God
Please give me patience
You didn't put hatred into my heart
I know two wrongs don’t make a right
But it’s just so hard
To fight battles
That’s never prepared for the war
The devil has bullets
We have FAITH
The devil has weapons
We have the BIBLE
God you said Isaiah 54:17
No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
“And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn
This is the heritage of the servants of the lord,
And their righteousness is from me,
Says the lord.”
