It was four years ago                                                                

I was spiraling nobody said shit
Drowning in feelings
That didn't make sense
Imagine being happy
At the highest point of your life
Then boom
Out of nowhere your life changes
Anything positive became negative
Anything negative remain negative
Yet devilish behavior portrayed as support
Was surrounding me daily
As if they were my halo

Covering me with God's grace

So called friends and family
When they actually covered me with a demonic taste
A taste for their our personal gain
The taste became obsession driven by possession
They literally wanted control of me
Why I would never understand
Knowing I Rock to my own beat
Mother fuckers definitely got to be from the deeper streets

Seriously what did you think was going to happen

Just because I can understand and/or relate to it

I choose to elevate

I adapt easily to my environment
